Sales Development Representative

ID Fusion is looking to hire a Sales Development Representative to join our team.  Do you want to work for a company that focuses on values, to both their customers and employees? As a Sales Development Representative, a typical day might include the following:

  • Performing background research on companies and contacts to find relevant information ensuring ID Fusion has the necessary data to validate our ability to provide value to potential clients
  • Pre-qualifying leads based on the service factors ID Fusion has defined
  • Driving new qualified leads through calls and emails ensuring that the ID Fusion brand is highly visible to our customers
  • Scheduling qualification call to understand key information such as: need, budget, and current processes with the goal of booking a discovery call with a BDM for a more in depth discussion
  • Taking relevant notes and documenting them in the ID Fusion Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool including tracking leads and contracts
  • Supporting the marketing team in developing targeted campaigns for new customer acquisition as well as re-engagement campaigns
  • Making recommendations to increase the efficiency of the qualification process
  • Continuously re-examining the deal pipeline to ensure that prospects are being contacted regularly
  • Working closely with our BDM’s and Delivery teams to identify clients who can act as referrals and references
  • Supporting the preparation of sales proposals, reports and supporting literature in collaboration with delivery teams

Required Skills & Experience:

  • A strong interest in building a career in sales
  • Must have an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Self-motivated, ambitious and organized
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior cold calling or sales experience a plus
