Executive Assistant

ID Fusion is looking for a full-time Executive Assistant to help us handle our growth. Are you the type of person who’s home is meticulously organized?  Do you love to help other people stay organized?  Are you comfortable with technology and a fast paced environment? The position requires you to work independently and proactively, exercising a significant degree of initiative. You must possess sound judgment combined with strong organizational and interpersonal skills. If this sounds like you, we'd love to meet with you. 

As the Executive Assistant, you will manage and oversee day–to-day operations for the office of the Chief Executive Officer. A typical day might include the following:

  • Coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Review, categorize and prioritize all incoming correspondence and telephone calls
  • Compose correspondence
  • Provide support for CEO meetings; scheduling, agenda development and minutes
  • Adjust daily work schedule to coincide with the needs of the CEO
  • Being responsible for confidential and time sensitive material
  • Facilitate travel arrangements for CEO as well as for on-site and off-site meetings
  • Assist with the implementation and coordination of CEO projects including monitoring and follow-up
  • Maintain continual contact with CEO pertaining to current projects and related activities
  • Prepare reports by researching, collecting and analyzing information
  • Assists in event planning as required

  • Excellent organizational, planning and prioritization skills are essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience handling confidential and sensitive matters with tact and good judgment
  • Cooperative and reliable
  • Ability to prioritize work appropriately and meet deadlines consistently
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
  • Familiarity and comfort with technology; ability to work effectively using the Microsoft Office Suite is a must
  • Post-secondary education and evidence of related experience
  • Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
